Where are you based out of?
Our headquarters and most of our team leads are based out of our Northern Virginia office. However, our team is geographically disbursed, not just throughout the US but throughout the globe. This allows us to ensure service availability for our clients throughout the day.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Our professionals are highly adaptable in terms of where we carry out our work. Our staff members can operate either at the client's location or remotely from our Ijaz Group offices. We collaborate with each client to devise a detailed plan, and in many instances, our clients have the option to utilize our office space for additional purposes.
How does pricing for our services work?
We charge a fee schedule that is entirely based on your needs and scope of work. We recognize the importance of cost containment which is why we have never had any cost over-runs with any of our clients. We practice and plan our engagements in a manner that avoids any surprises.
How long does it take for you to onboard a client?
Once you agree to work with us, we start our client orientation right away! We make sure we invest the time and effort to truly understand your organization, operations, and scope of work so we can offer you the best combination of efficiency and quality.
